What criteria do I need to meet to qualify for home infusion services?
The requirements for receiving IV medications at home vary with each insurance policy. In addition to meeting your insurance requirement, we require a physician referral, a safe home environment, and an able, willing and consenting patient.
Will insurance cover the cost of my treatment?
In most cases yes. We accept Medicare and many private insurances. We will also help you determine if your insurance will pay for the cost of care.
Is there anyone on call after hours?
Pharmacist, pharmacy technician and Nursing are on call 24 hours a day, every day.

Do you provide nursing services?
Due to the broad coverage area, we provide a limited amount of nursing. However, the majority of nursing is provided by nursing agencies that are located in close proximity to the patient in order to reduce response time.
How are deliveries handled?
All medications and supplies are hand delivered to the patient/care-giver by Jabez.
